StepHouse is a student residence brand in Spain offering flexible accommodation and comprehensive services. Present in key cities, it blends design, comfort, and safety with shared spaces such as coworking, a gym, and social areas, plus 24/7 support and streamlined digital processes—making student life connected and frictionless.
The challenge was to position StepHouse with a distinctive, youthful, and bold identity that resonates with students while preserving parents’ trust.
We needed to create a scalable digital ecosystem capable of incorporating new residences, activating seasonal content, and maintaining a smooth, consistent user experience across all locations.
We designed a brand system and a modular, flexible, and easily managed website. We unified narrative, design, and animation into a single visual language—derived from the name and logo—to reinforce the brand story.
We built a content architecture with switchable blocks and a dynamic visual universe with iconography and microinteractions that elevate perception and enhance the experience.
