We worked together with BBVA Open Innovation in the design and development of a web platform from which to manage all the relevant content of the bank’s fintech ecosystem.
Our mission was to create a place based on an attractive, flexible and scalable visual system.
We focused on two fundamental requirements: on the one hand, the need for the BBVA Open Innovation team to generate content in an agile, flexible and scalable way.
On the other hand, the design had to adapt perfectly to these contents regardless of the needs they had at any given moment, being able to create events, news or new sections and in the desired order without the design suffering.
The direct relationship between BBVA Open Innovation and the innovation sector allowed us to design something that, while respecting an agile content consumption system, had a look & feel somewhat different from the bank’s usual style.
Our visual proposal is based on a simple structure, easy to understand and navigate, which is very focused on information consumption. It allows us to be disruptive only in those parts that are sensitive to be disruptive, and always in favor of improving the user experience.
We built a customized content generation and automation system.
We used WordPress to develop a modular design that empowered the BBVA Open Innovation team and gave them total autonomy to update and generate new content.
